If you're having trouble connecting to your Nanoleaf, here's a few things you can try:
- Make sure your Nanoleaf has been updated to the latest firmware (newer than 2.2)
- Power cycle your device by unplugging it, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in
- If you still can't connect or if you recently changed network settings, you may need to perform a soft or hard reset on your Nanoleaf controllers: https://helpdesk.nanoleaf.me/hc/en-us/articles/360003638413-How-do-I-reset-my-Light-Panels-
